- In charge of the application of the statistical method (regression) defined by the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation's certification process.
- Liaise with clients on data quality and clarifications.
- Understand client compensation philosophy and policies through documentation and client exchanges.
- Statistical modeling requires the ability to interpret real-life compensation situations for equal pay for equal work assessments (regression).
- Work confidently with statistical tools like R, R Studio, and similar software.
- Explain and break down statistical concepts to HR teams for actionable considerations.
- Work together with the EQUAL-SALARY audit teams, who take over the procedure after the successful completion of the statistical analysis phase.
- Work together with other project teams and contribute to initiatives requiring data analytics skills.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Econometrics, Economics, or Social Sciences, with a strong background in quantitative methods and econometrics, and proven specialization in micro econometric analysis and causal inference.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as R, Python, or Stata, with the ability to select appropriate modelling approaches in line with state-of-the-art practices in micro econometrics, analyze linear regression results, and derive meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and general Human Resources topics.
- Knowledge of local regulations on equal pay in Switzerland
- Ability to independently perform all activities related to a salary analysis or control, with outcomes and reports verified and validated by an accredited Ansal Expert.
The successful candidate will be asked to:
- Complete the EQUAL-SALARY Ansal Experts training on the relevant methodology, including successful completion of the certification exam.
- Lead two statistical analysis, supervised by the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation or its appointed statistical expert.
