The Content & Digital Marketing Consultant supports the review, planning, creation, and delivery of digital content and campaigns that strengthen the firm’s brand, engage key audiences, and drive visibility across key channels.
- Content creation for corporate website, career page, social media, digital assets – including writing, graphical designs, uploading, and keeping content fresh and relevant
- Plan, create and publish content across our social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
- Take ownership of our tax newsletter, leading the entire process from content planning and creation to implementation and multi-channel distribution
- Support social media community management – monitor and engage with comments on posts, keep key business listings (e.g. Google My Business) up to date, and help drive positive ratings and reviews
- Help deliver employee advocacy initiatives – such as LinkedIn training and internal engagement
- Assist with digital reporting – gathering data from website and social media tools and translate into meaningful next actions
- Content review, proofreading/ quality checks and distribution on key digital channels
- Provide basic support with translations and visual assets/branding and design support (if you’re comfortable with tools like Canva or Adobe)
- Experience in managing an external digital agency (based in Switzerland)

Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in content and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or professional services setting
- A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and German
- Comfortable with design software (Adobe and Canva)
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms, social media schedulers (e.g. Sprinklr), analytics tools (e.g. GA4) and email marketing tool (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- You are organised, attention to detail, proactive and comfortable managing different tasks and deadlines
- Curious, motivated, flexible and happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed
- Team player with strong communication skills, valuing collaboration and communicates openly and transparently with team colleagues.
