- Lead Go to Market initiatives to develop opportunities in Corporate Treasury in Switzerland (marketing campaign, events, publication, direct approach)
- Identify, negotiate and secure business opportunities with the support of local partners and European Corporate Treasury platform
- Build, hire and develop a local high-performing Corporate Treasury team in Switzerland with strong expertise on Treasury Transformation (TMS)
- Coordinate and collaborate with other Corporate Treasury professionals in Forvis Mazars across Europe
- Oversee the delivery of assignments, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and quality standards are met
- 10+ experience in Corporate Treasury Advisory with strong track record on Treasury Transformation
- Deep knowledge of Swiss Treasury ecosystem (SwissTreasurer, TMS vendors, banks, etc.)
- Proven experience in management and development of teams
- Native in French and/or German. Strong command of English
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, and appetite for challenge in an international environment
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and interpersonal skills
