- Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in line with business needs
- Assist with the design and execution of the strategic IT roadmap based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Group initiatives.
- Oversee IT vendor management, ensuring coordination and service delivery from third-party providers.
- Continue the internal digitalization and automation by managing projects together with service lines business and corporate services.
- Take ownership of technical, tactical IT projects, overseeing their successful execution from initiation to completion.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and management practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the IT department.
- Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the IT organization.
- Build close relationships with the business stakeholders and raise the maturity of IT within the organization to become a true business partner.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong technical background and understanding of various IT disciplines, including M365, Azure, Active Directory, and network management.
- Proven experience in an IT leadership role, we expect 5-8 years’ experience as an IT professional, ideally as a consultant.
- Experience in designing and implementing cyber/IT security and surrounding policies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (German, French and English).
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
